Developed SCHOL ERP, a comprehensive educational management system, using Figma to streamline school operations and improve user interaction. The design focuses on an intuitive interface, enhancing administrative and academic workflows. It includes features for student and staff management, attendance tracking, and report generation. This project demonstrates my commitment to creating user-centric and functional solutions for educational institutions.

My Approach

My approach to designing SCHOL ERP was centered around usability and efficiency. I focused on creating an intuitive interface with clear navigation to support seamless workflows for both administrative and academic users. Identifying Unique Challenges

While designing SCHOL ERP, I encountered challenges in balancing functionality with simplicity. Educational institutions have diverse needs—from managing vast amounts of data to accommodating various user roles such as teachers, students, and administrators. Ensuring ease of use across these roles while maintaining data security and system efficiency was critical. Additionally, integrating complex features like attendance tracking and reporting in an intuitive manner required a thoughtful approach to information hierarchy and navigation.

To address the complexities in SCHOL ERP, I broke down each feature into core user tasks and streamlined workflows accordingly.
